Michael Colyer (NMLS# 276626, DRE# 01842442) is a mortgage broker associate with Five M Realty Group, Inc. (DRE# 02253302, NMLS# 2688301). Federal law requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your personal information. Please read this notice carefully.
What we collect. Information you give us on your application and in your documents, such as your name, contact details, income, employment, assets, debts, and the last four digits of your Social Security number; information about your loan from the lenders we work with; and information from consumer reporting agencies, such as your credit history.
How we share it. We share your information only as the law allows without your permission: with lenders, appraisers, title and escrow companies, credit reporting agencies, and others who help process and close the loan you asked for; with regulators, courts, and law enforcement when the law requires; and to protect against fraud. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.
Companies that work for us. We use service providers to host our website and systems and to send our emails, including emails about our own mortgage services. They receive your name, contact details, and information about your loan or inquiry. Our written contracts with them limit their use of it to the work they do for us.
Who can see it. Only The Colyer Team (Michael Colyer and his loan processor) and service providers who need your information to handle your loan can see it. We have security practices and procedures in place to protect it; Section 5 describes them.
Former customers. We treat information about former customers the same way.
Your real estate agent. We keep the real estate agent who referred you, or who represents you in your purchase, updated on your loan's progress — milestones such as approval, appraisal and closing. We never share your income, assets, credit or other financial details with your agent. If you don't want your agent updated, check the box on our application or email mike@thecolyerteam.com at any time.
